"For people who gave everything to be loved and still felt unseen...When love required effort, sacrifice, and losing yourself."

Many of the people I work with are strong, thoughtful, and capable, yet feel worn down from always being the one who holds everything together. Often, they have spent years in relationships or environments where their needs came second, maintaining boundaries was difficult, or they slowly lost touch with themselves. Over time, this can show up as self-doubt, people-pleasing, giving too much, and feeling disconnected from who they really are.
My work is for people who are ready to do things differently and build a life that actually feels like their own. I help clients make sense of how their past experiences have shaped the way they think, feel, and relate to others, and how to change those patterns in ways that actually last. I aim to offer a calm, supportive space where clients feel heard, believed, and encouraged to start caring for themselves with the same effort they’ve always given to others; often for the first time.
